Crawford Participates in NASA’s SnowEx Field Campaign in Colorado

During week two of NASA’s SnowEx campaign in Grand Mesa, Colorado, C.J. Crawford participated in measurements of snow depth, snow grain size, and snow stratigraphy. Using instrumentation from NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, Crawford also measured snow surface reflectance, snow albedo, and snow surface temperature during aircraft overflights.


Crawford Attends Winter Landsat Science Team Meeting in Boston

On January 10-12, C.J. Crawford will attend the 2017 Winter Landsat Science Team Meeting in Boston, Massachusetts hosted by Boston  University.


Crawford Accepts Landsat Science Team Scientist Appointment

This March, C.J. Crawford will relocate to the U.S. Geological Survey Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In December, Crawford accepted a Landsat Science Team Scientist position with Arctic Slope Research Corporation (ASRC) Federal InuTeq, contractor to the U.S. Geological Survey EROS.
